Kelsey Maki (MA, Rutgers University) is an assistant professor of English at Brookdale Community College and the faculty liaison to the College’s International Education Center. As a writer, Kelsey’s first love is literary fiction, but she also writes travel articles, dabbles in magical realism, and pens an occasional poem.
